Relocation to Mountain Home, AR

We are seeking a Director of Construction Operations to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.


  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation

  • Allocate resources for all active projects

  • Supervise personnel and subcontractors

  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients

  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs

  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
  • Ensure that all projects and purchasing/inventory functions are completed in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
  • Improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being
  • Purchase materials, plan inventory and ensure warehouse efficiency
  • Contribute towards the achievement of company's strategic and operational objectives


  • 5-10 years Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
  • Must have knowledge of ground up custom home construction
  • Must have relevant supervisory, hiring, and management experience with a proven track record of leading teams to measurable success
  • Must be well organized and detail oriented
  • Strong finance and accounting skills required

  • Familiarity with construction management software
  • Strong proven leadership and negotiation qualities with focus on deadline and attention to detail.
